Programming
Tech Her Out uses an in-person multimodal approach to ensure we meet each learner where they are, then bring them up to where they desire to be, aligned with their goals. Our curriculum caters to both kinesthetic and social collaborative learning styles as well as neurodivergent learners in the spirit of leaving no woman seeking self-improvement behind.
Each participant’s goals and baseline knowledge are retrieved through a pre-assessment tool designed to measure competency across the technology spectrum, from foundational technology skills to core technical proficiency. Cohorts are formed by skill level with a 5 to 1 learner to instructor ratio facilitated by top talent. Trainings occur twice per week, 6-hours per session, over a 6 week period. Post-assessments and follow-up check-ins are conducted to measure trainee progress, outcomes, and any need for additional support or assistance. Enrollment is offered on a first-come, first-served basis, with a waitlist available should cancellations occur.
