Vonyell Foster is the Founder and CEO of Tech Her Out. She is a proud west side of Chicago native, educator, and lover of technology who has turned her own story into a lifeline for others. As a lifelong educator, Ms. Foster’s background equips her with the perspective and leadership necessary to advance meaningful skill development. Vonyell’s ethos is grounded in the belief that every woman, at any stage of life, can step into something greater. Raised in West Garfield Park, she brings credibility grounded in lived experience and strong community relationships. She currently serves as the Dean of Students and Operations at Alain Locke Charter School and is double master’s prepared. Ms. Foster holds a degree in Educational Leadership and in Inner-City Studies. She is also pursuing a doctoral degree in Community and Family Counseling, demonstrating her ongoing commitment to education, learning, and service.
