Since 2019, Tech Her Out has served approximately 226 women primarily from the asset limited income constrained, employed levels (A.L.I.C.E). Upon completing the training program, 100% of participants reported measurable increases in both their competence and their confidence to accomplish their individual learning goals. Importantly, our data show even when accounting for external factors beyond the program’s control, such as a sluggish job market, and personal circumstances, 36% of graduates successfully secured employment in a tech related field inside of 6 months.
