About Us
Founded in 2019, Tech Her Out was born out of the need to close a critical technology skills gap. We aim to accelerate women’s technical knowledge through easily accessible, hands-on programming. Tech Her Out has a strong focus on advancing the technical proficiency of all women, but particularly Generation X women of color to meet evolving life and workforce demands. Our programming is designed to equip women with foundational to more advanced skills that lead to increased confidence and pathways to compete, earn equitably, and thrive in today’s digital society.
